Order cancellation on the other hand is possible only until 24 hours after the purchase, cancellation fee shall hence be charged.

10. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

A- Return of exchange of an item is possible only when there’s a defect in the item, which shall be clarified, on our end through a complete check on the product after you report an issue with the same.

11. IN HOW MANY DAYS CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders shall be delivered in 12-15 business days as per standard delivery for almost all countries and regions, whereas states in India and some parts of Asia might receive their orders in 5-7 business days due to location of the headquarters. 12. DO YOU HAVE ANY WARRANTY OR CAN THE ITEMS BE REPAIRED?

A-Unfortunately, we do not provide warranties and repair services on the products purchased.

13. HOW CAN I PERSONALISE MY PURCHASE?

A- We have personalization/customization panel for your assistance. You can place a custom order for the creation of your own design by choosing an array of colors from our palette and a personalized tag of your name can be provided. All customized orders have a request of price through email ID’s.
