SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Products on this site are ordered by clicking on items and adding the to the shopping bag and following the instructions on the screen. An order can be checked and reviewed before the final payment. Clicking the checkout option at the bottom of the shopping bag window leads you to the pay now window, which is the last step after which the customer receives an email confirmation for the order as well as an electronic receipt for the record.

BULLANEO offers free standard shipping on all orders in almost all parts of India. All Indian states and some parts of Asia receive a free express delivery due to location of headquarters. All other countries will receive a standard delivery. Some services may not be available in all countries and regions. Our courier services are safe and trustworthy.

• Express – delivery in 2-4-business days
• Standard – delivery in 5-7 business days

The order will be finalized by the delivery date appearing in the Shipping Confirmation, The order will be delivered to the delivery address specified upon placing the order. Our courier makes deliveries from Monday to Sunday, but not on holidays. Deliveries are generally made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. An exact delivery time cannot be provided. Please note that the courier may require a signature for delivery.

NOTE: THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN THE COURIER SERVICES CURRENTLY DUE TO THE COVID-19 SITUATION, BUT WE ENSURE SAFE DELIVERIES.

Products included in the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. Products delivered internationally may be subject to opening and inspection by customs officials; moreover, they may be subject to import duties and tariffs once the package reaches its destination. The customer is responsible for payment of any import duty or tariff. Please note we have no control over such taxes, and we cannot estimate their amount in advance. You are advised to contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Although we are not aware of any such duties implied on our products and hence your orders shall be smoothly delivered.

We reserve the right not to deliver any product to a country/region not safe for deliveries or are mentioned under the law. Orders cannot be delivered to post-office boxes or similar addresses.

PACKAGING

The house of Bullaneo has thoughtfully created the boxes used as packaging to deliver your products. We believe in luxury unboxing but also make sure that the materials used are eco-friendly, recyclable and cruelty free.
Our packaging is creative and modernly designed to suit your interiors and with the intention to be reused. It is not only used to deliver your order but can also be used for storage purposes like jewellery, ornaments, the delivered product or other items. It was also made sure that no plastic or synthetic materials are used in the making of the boxes. We wish to deliver back to the nature and make sure we do the least to harm the earth.

PRODUCT CARE

Preserve the beauty of your silk and increase its life by storing it flat and without ties. Avoid contact with water and other chemicals. Entrust it to a professional dry cleaner and the product will remain timeless and evergreen.
